This subscription is not a condition of the use of the Reminding.ai service. I agree with the Subscription Service available on most carriers, including U.S. Cellular, AT&T, Cellular One, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, MetroPCS, Alltel Wireless, and Virgin Mobile. Message & Data Rates May Apply. Up to 4 msgs per month. Requires a text-enabled handset. You may cancel your subscription by texting STOP. You can also get info directly on your phone by texting HELP or contacting us at Support@Reminding.ai. Service will continue until the customer cancels. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages
USER OPT-IN: Users can opt in to receive mobile alerts by filling out the web form at https://reminding.ai/registration/. By opting in, you consent to receive notifications from Reminding.ai, including account updates, changes, and appointment reminders via mobile alerts. Our communications do not use an automatic telephone dialing system for generating, storing, or sending text messages. Consent to receive mobile alerts is not a condition for purchasing goods or services.
USER OPT-OUT: To discontinue the service and opt out, simply text “STOP” to “CODE” from your mobile device. This will stop all future messages. You can also opt out by texting any of the following: “QUIT”, “END”, “CANCEL”, “UNSUBSCRIBE”, or “STOP ALL” in response to any message received, or to the shortcode “CODE”.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through arbitration in the Commonwealth of Florida, in accordance with the JAMS arbitration rules. The arbitration will be conducted before a single arbitrator, and the decision will be final and binding. This arbitration provision will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act for interpretation and enforcement.
MISCELLANEOUS: These Terms represent the complete agreement between you and Reminding.ai regarding your use of our services. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Website and will take effect immediately, unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the services after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
